Bebe Modeling

Last night I was called up after school and offered a job to model in the window of bebe. Of course, I didn't turn down the opportunity, so I quickly redid my makeup and headed off to Scottsdale Fashion Square mall.

I loved the outfits I wore. At first, it was a little awkward standing in the window of the store and having people stare at you, but I quickly got used to it and waved and smiled at people passing by. I got the funniest reactions.
Here are the most common reactions:
1. People looking at the mannequins, looking at me, and not realizing I was real.
2. Kids playing peek-a-boo with me. (They would run away when I smiled at them)
3. Slightly creepy guys taking pictures of me.
4. Laughs or Smiles
5. People waving
6. People staring...for an awkwardly long time.

But most of the people thought it was cute and a great idea on bebe's part. I was definitely successful because someone bought the first outfit I wore! Mission accomplished.

As I stood in the window I had plenty of time to practice poses, and even discovered some new ones!  Also, I could see my reflection in the glass, so I got to perfect my poses. I switched to another outfit 30 minutes later and loved it too.

Although my feet were killing me from standing in heels for hours, overall it was a great experience. I feel like my confidence level has boosted thorugh this modeling experience and I have had amazing opportunities. I have met other models who have been extremely nice and supportive. So far, my experience has been enjoyable and exciting! I always love wearing the gorgeous clothes (what girl wouldn't!) and meeting great people. I don't have any more jobs scheduled soon, but I do have a suprise for next week! It's exciting, nerve-wracking, but full of potential opportunity. I cannot wait, but you all will have to wait until next Wednesday to hear about it! Until then, stay beautiful and happy. :)
